Game Crashing when loading screen shows up #470

I start up my game and it doesn't respond and is just a white box until it finally goes to the loading screen goes fullscreen then crashes. This just started today it was working perfectly fine two days ago but today the first time i started instead of just crashing the game it blue screened my pc.

i was on 1.2.2 i updated to 1.2.3 and its the same. It immediately goes to 100% cpu
