Pause media on break

It can be convenient to pause videos while have the break.

However, there are also circumstances where the user don't want the media to be paused. For example, they are listening to music (with music app or YouTube!), and pausing music can be very annoying.

Considering this, we are putting is as low priority.

The other approach from SafeEyes is like having pause/play/fast-forward type controls shown during break. I've never used that though
