Hi, Thanks for creating We're developing a workshop on microscopy that will most likely use napari and napari-aicsimageio. I've seen that you have some test data stored in an s3 bucket and I'm wondering whether you have a license for usage of the data? We would potentially like to use some of the data as part of the workshop to show how Thanks! |

Hello! Thanks for the question and sorry for the delayed reply. I think we would have some concerns about your using our test data bucket for demonstrating usage of aicsimageio. We don't really have solid documentation, apart from the unit test code itself, about which files are expected to be good, and which are error cases. They may well contain garbage, and the contents of the bucket are not necessarily considered reliably stable across aicsimageio releases. I think you would have a better experience if you find a public hosted image repository, or download images from our public datasets:
If you'd like to use files from Cell Feature Explorer or Quilt, we can provide a little more detail on how to get to individual files. (Hopefully clicking through the websites mentioned will get you most of the way there.) |

Please consider the files in the test bucket to have the same license as aicsimageio itself.
