User story

As a user, I want my metadata to include complete acquisition information.

Acceptance criteria

Given a subject_id, latest, or datetime parameters get dictionary of info from SLIMS from http://aind-metadata-service/slims/smartspim_imaging
Given response from endpoint and from SmartSPIM ETL, merge dictionary into Acquisition model
Add to GatherMetadataJob
