Move Vue App to Standalone Deployment for Wordpress Rollout

This is an overarching task to cover everything that's needed to allow us to run the Vue application as a standalone app accessible directly in concert with the Wordpress deployment. Here is a list of what needs to happen -- some of these should be turned into their own tasks:

• make tileserver endpoint accessible to third party hosts (may need to reconsider the "security" of this endpoint and what we want) - @ryangroth5 #570
• Remove unused routes, navigation in standalone vue app#567
• Reconfigure relevant parts of Vue app to query and link to Wordpress instead of Laravel#568
• test (and fix?) the authentication pipeline
• remove no longer needed code that conditionally mounts Vue app in shadow dom, etc. (laravelDeploy env var)
• set up Amplify deployment pipeline
• connect rivers.americanwhitewater.org DNS to new prod deployment
