scudcloud 1.65 depends on jsmin and hunspell-en_{GB,US}

hunspell-en has been removed from the arch repos so, hunspell-en_GB or hunspell-en_US needs to be used instead.

package also fails to build because the python module jsmin isn't installed. there is a AUR PKGBUILD available for this https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python-jsmin/

i don't mind patching this if needs be, just let me know and i'll send a pull request to update the scudcloud PKGBUILD and another separate one for jsmin.
