浏览器会把自己的Local传过来，根据这个来进行切换

我们的网站是直接生成的静态网站，只能通过嵌入js来实现一些动态功能， 不知道有没有好的解决方案。

可以用nodejs重写

现在网站内容用markdown写了，通过Jekyll来生成静态网页的。 要转换到nodejs会比较麻烦。
