Environment information

  • Python Version: 3.13
  • OS: macos

What went wrong?

Tried creating a constructor ABI directly, e.g.:

ctor = ConstructorABI(type="constructor", stateMutability="nonpayable", inputs=[ABIType(name="_name", type="string", components=None, internal_type=None)])

And there are somehow multiple internal_type= properties ???

>>> repr(ctor)
ConstructorABI(type='constructor', stateMutability='nonpayable', inputs=[ABIType(name='_name', type='string', components=None, internal_type=None, internal_type=None)])

TBH very confused.

How can it be fixed?

or you can just do this :

go to abi.py
then in ABIType class
then in mode_config variable replace : extra= "allow" to extra = "ignore"
