Facebook-adapter crashes upon an recent upgrade

We are experiencing a crash due to the most recent SDK upgrade. From com.applovin.mediation:facebook-adapter:6.11.0.4, to com.applovin.mediation:facebook-adapter:6.11.0.5. This is now within the top 10 crashes for our application reported on Firebase. Thus, we require assistance to manage this crash.

There's nothing in the thread that indicates that the issue stems from our SDK/adapter. It looks like it's Facebook's Login SDK that has the issue.

I do agree with this. That is why I mention the upgrading at the start. It's an upgrade for Facebook via Applovin. The compatibility of the Applovin version with the Facebook-Android-SDK release is completely unknown to us. So, before moving forward, I wish to consult with your team. Can you assist us here to handle this issue correctly.

I had raised an issue (facebook/facebook-android-sdk#1105) with Facebook as well; can you confirm that this is the appropriate route to communicate with them? The support will be highly appreciated.

Thanks for sharing the change log. We'll wait for a response from Facebook, but if not, we can try to downgrade and see if that cures the crash.
