BIND_APPHUB_SERVICE permission

Hi!
I'd like to get more info about a new permission com.applovin.array.apphub.permission.BIND_APPHUB_SERVICE
You told here #404 that is used for a service
We need more information on that. What is that service, what does it do, and how it becomes available?
Also, can we remove this permission? The permission is visible in google play for the users, and we would like to avoid showing more permission for the users

@IgorGalimski - is your app live? If so, could you provide a screenshot of where the permission is declared for users? You can also manually remove the permission with no implications.
