No longer lets you replace an image, document or media file. So if you have a new version you have to upload, delete the old version and re-link.

Replacing the old content is more intuitive, especially if you had the option of deleting the old content.

This is just a suggestion, but in the document part of FC in CKEditor if we had the option of inserting as link or as button, that would be neat. just a toggle that sets the class on the tag as either btn btn-primary or nothing.
