currently in ApraPipes there is no segmentation module , need to add one module for segmenting objects from an image

Describe the solution you'd like
convert facebooks sam model to trt engine , perform segmentation based on user input ( support both user input point based and segment everything mode)

Additional context
have to install tensorrt as a thirdparty in ApraPipes
