According to these criteria some people seems to have funded from kucoin or Binance and are now considered as sybil
Isn't that an overdo?

I was wondering the same, all funding from CEX is excluded? Using a CEX is fastest and most user friendly onboarding way.

I reached out to hop and I wasn't even on sybil so I try to reach out to arbi team to explain this but I am ignored

Ofcourse they won't do anything, too late, but it would be interesting to understand if they actually excluded all the CEX, i doubt that's the case, it would be so dumb.

I tried to reach out to Discord, the Nansen team, Abritrum ticket support, but they all send me back to discord or now here.

I just can't figure out why my wallet is being seen as part of a larger sybil attack

  • by Indeed transferring funds from the CEX directly to my custodial wallet,
  • or perhaps it's seen as similair transaction behavior cause of Layer3Quests participation
  • or still something else

During their AMA they mentioned its was indeed the trickier part to recognize sybil behavior
but I'm stil wondering could it be possible i have been seen as part of a cluster sybil as both mine and other transactions were send from the same CEX hot wallet to many different wallets?

It's already painful to be excluded from this airdrop as genuine early user...but not being able to figure this out, is just giving me a mental breakdown O.o

The same, I bridged / transfer / execute contract , but be excluded. Maybe just because I receive and send ETH from/to Binance wallet?

in the end it's clear that Arbitrum didn't care about the community, Didn't do anything to prevent the sybils, even though there was so much willingnes from the community to find proof, guess they cared about TVL and sybils helped to be part of this...and while the sybils and airdrop hunters are quickly dumping theirs tokens...people who believed in the ecosystem and would have used their tokens to participate in the governance are left behind....well at least one of them
