Make it easier for a user to find their created worlds and profile

It's not quite straightforward to get to your profile and see your created worlds.
At the moment the user gets to their profile page through the profile button in the account menu by clicking their avatar at the top right of the screen.

Options include:

• taking users to their profile as their homepage
• have a much clearer "My worlds" option in the main app bar.

There could be other ways of doing this, but these are the options that could be thought of now
