Description
Enemies are respawning much much faster than their respawn time would indicate. Its just a guess but it seems something is refreshing/updating instance maps causing enemies to respawn
Steps to Reproduce
Create NPC with 10 minute respawn
Create instance with npc in it
Run around and watch them respawn super fast
Version with bug
Current
Last version that worked well
Unknown

I was not able test on other platforms
