Any way to fix that only one small grid ship can dock on a station at a time - without losing all its shield HP?
Situation -
Say your ship "artemis" comes back to station and docks. Its shield will suspend but it will retain its stored shield HP. When you undock and take back off the shield will pop back on with full HP
HOWEVER, while your ship "artemis" is still recharging its batteries at the station your ship "Apollo" comes back to the same station and ALSO docks. In this case, "Apollo" will get an invalid controller on its shield controller and will immediately dump all shield HP. When Apollo takes back off it will have zero shield HP and will have to spend like 15 or 20 minutes - or however long it is - recharging its shields.
Proposed Solution -
Allow small grid shield controllers to maintain shield HP when this happens. This is a particularly disasterous situation for small grids because of the incredibly long recharge times.
