Initiative tracker returns error message on Chrome after deleting combatants from combat

This is a recent issue that I've noticed. The tracker functions normally, if a little slowly, and I'm able to flip between menus as normal until I delete a combatant from the combat, at which point I become unable to flip between menus, enter combatants into the combat, or edit health/conditions. I'm not sure if this is an issue with Chrome or the tracker itself. I've tried clearing my browser history and cookies and that didn't solve the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
