Add a scroll bar to the WYSIWYG Editor

When editing content on a basic page or custom page, it would be really, really nice to have a scroll bar within the text/content box. For longer documents, if I want to apply styling, such as italics, I have to scroll to the top of the content at the top of the page to access the wysiwyg tools.
