[Bug] [UI] Notifications overlapped by navigation overlay

On the top of the screen has an overlay representing where you are at. This is what I dubbed the navigation overlay.
The issue is that this overlay, overlaps the text of a notification. Leading to an unsightly view.

A solution can be one of the following

• Have the navigation overlay move up with the scroll of the content
• Have the navigation overlay be opaque, blocking content that scrolls underneath
• Removing that navigation overlay
