I would like to know if I can change the API access port.
Today I access OPNsense on port 9443

You can specify the host with the port using the argument:

--opnsense.address=ops.example.com:9443

The opnsense_apikey.txt file does not accept the host=opnsense.lan:9443 field, so I should upload it with the parameter provided above, correct?

I don't understand how you are trying to configure the software. You can read the README to understand how you can configure it.

I stopped using the opnsense_apikey.txt file and configured the parameters in the deployment.
Now it works perfectly!!
