Atlas is currently meant to be run once to set default customised settings. However, if a user upgrades or re-runs the Playbook currently, their settings once again get overwritten with Atlas' defaults.

This is where the upgradability of AME Wizard comes in: https://docs.ameliorated.io/developers/upgrades.html.

It makes it so you can only run certain actions on upgrade, or not on upgrade.

Some of these need to be done in the revert file when reverting 0.4.x tweaks
