Right now, the solution is here to help automate as much as we can without any manual actions.

Still, some company will need maybe a pre-approval workflow in Teams or Outlook via Adaptive Card to approve deployment or even via ALM Accelerator in DevOps that a Tech. Lead review a Pull Request before deployment.

Request : ability to choose both options.

I am pending this issue since I want more feedbacks before for this kind of requirement.
