Description

For AIS users who want to analyse data conveniently stored on the AIS-XNAT instance using the pluged service provided by JupyterHub, such as Jupyter Notebooks and so on.

Outcomes

  • AIS provides a seamless, scalable and integrated environment for users to access JupyterHub services, facilitating their research and work.

Leading Indicators

  • Analysis AIS-XNAT data on a convenient, efficient and collaborative JupyterHub platform.

Nonfunctional Requirements

  • Remove the time, effort and needs to download/transfer the AIS-XNAT data and setup your own Jupyter Notebook services and so on.

Stories

  • Install XNAT-JupyterHub plugin on AIS-XNAT instance and make it connects XNAT users to the JupyterHub server directly.
  • Setup JupyterHub server on the Kurbenete environment and responsible for starting user Jupyter notebook services and so on.
