Description

Porting the MRtrix3 connectome BIDS app to Pydra with the help of Robert Smith

Benefit Hypothesis

If the mrtrix3 connectom pipeline is ported to pydra it can be added to the AIS pipelines to provided comprehensive dMRI preprocessing support

Acceptance Criteria

  • Pipeline can be built into XNAT and BIDS app
  • Pipeline reproduces behaviour of original BIDS app
