Description

We need to test the launch of existing containerised pipelines (e.g. MRIQC, fMRIPrep) to see if we still experience the launch failures we were before the switch to running them on kubernetes

Acceptance Criteria

  • 1. Launch a number of jobs (say 10 each) for each of the available pipelines and see how many (if any) fail to complete successfully
