Description

Whole slide image are typically scanned at very high resolutions and often include multiple layers to capture detailed information and allow for efficient zooming and panning within the image without losing detail.

How to upload .svs to XNAT

  • 1. Select the XNAT project where you want the .svs file uploaded to.
  • 2. Select the "Manage File" on the right side in Actions.
  • 3. In the File Manager window, select the "Upload Files" option.
  • 4. Select the type "resource" and the folder you want the svs goes to, then choose the target .svs file and click the upload.

Release the shell script to create the subject based on the filename on the fly and uppload the slide image files to XNAT resource folder under that newly created subject.Image
