Could you please provide some sample code for how to use payment profiles with eCheck transactions?

The documentation says "You can also use eCheck as a payment type for your customer payment profiles, whether through the Merchant Interface or through the createCustomerPaymentProfileRequest API call."

However, I have been unable to find any code examples of this at all. I'm using PHP.
