This serves to resolve issues: #3, #6, #8, #9

This also serves to make it easier to improve upon BMS, to produce AutoRA original theorists, and for users to more easily integrate AutoRA with their own models and methods of choice for model fitting.

I create this issue because this task is already complete, and just needs to go through the packaging process
