Install path cannot be specified when installing

Expected

When running the installation program, there should be an input box to let me input a file path.

Observed

When running the installation program, I can only choice install for me(install in "c:/users//appdata/local/programs") or install for everyone(install in "c:/program files"), but cannot choice any other file path.

Reproduced

1. Download Simplenote-win-2.22.1-x64.exe
2. Start the exe file.
3. See error...
