🐛: Website not responsive in mobile devices

🔴 AIM : Body is not responsive with mobile devices.
🔴 Description: On moving to mobile devices, It is horizontally moveable and not fitted the items properly.
🔴 Changes :

• Update the hamber position for mobile device.
• Update the sidebar for mobile device.
• Enhance the transition movement of sidebar.
