@guillaume-chervet Hi, I just tested version 7.25.1, it is not working. I think the bug happened due to below.

In non-service worker mode, the storage value will be null. When the storage value is null, it will not fallback to window.sessionStorage. So end up, in non-service worker mode, there is no cache for wellknown
