Is your feature request related to an issue? Please describe.

need op open the accounts tab. i often accidentally navigate away, and i don't like it taking up a space in my tabs

Describe the solution you'd like

Instead of requiring the settings page to always be open, wouldn't it work to insert an off-screen iframe that loads the settings - accounts page? That would make the extension "just work" as soon as you have gmail open in any tab.

Additional Information

Possible downsides I can think of:

it might slow down the inbox page, but by inserting the iframe only after the page is fully loaded,( i guess putting an extra delay would be good as gmail does a lot of stuff after it's "finished" loading.

might need make sure it's only done on the first gmail tab, so you don't spam the refresh links super hard if you have multiple gmail tabs open
