A way to reduce total map size for easier viewing

I generated a map, then reduced the landmass to a significantly smaller piece. When I load a saved .map file, It loads as if the large map still exists. Is there a way to tell the tool the landmass is smaller now and not show all the bare ocean? I'll manage if not, but just wanted to know if there was a way to do this.

Hello, no, the initial map size cannot be changed as for now. There are some ideas on canvas resize, but nothing well-defined

Found a work around by exporting the heightmap as an image then reloading it. Have to put all the states and such back in the right spot, but fixes the canvas size issue.
