[SOD] DBM Half-bar Skin no longer gives expected results

Using ElvUI AddonSkins (without BenikUI) no longer allows the use of DBM Half-bar. Occured on one account (no longer has BenikUI) but has not effected another (with BenikUI) which still has the half-bar enabled.
