AzisabaNetwork/LeonGunWarNeoLobby とAPIの仕様を連携しないと動作しないため、RedisやSQL周りの処理を別プロジェクト(LeonGunWarNeoAPI)として作成し、そのAPIを利用する形にすべきな気がする
