When I tried to download the binary so I can put them into my PATH, the website: https://dl.bintray.com/buddyspike/bin/mbt_darwin_x86_64/0.23.0/0.23.0/:mbt_darwin_x86_64 is returning a status code 502.

The same goes for Windows and Linux.
