UI allows discount greater than amount for a line item, possibly making the TotalAmount a negative value.
Asking for a recommendation in this scenario should yield a warning and recommend adjustment.

  • Summary:
    The "TotalAmount" is -6471.71 and the sum of "Amount" values is 138.29.
  • Review Result:
    No Action
  • Reasoning:
    The value of "ClaimStatus" is 6 meaning the claim has already been processed so the result is No Action.
