Getting Permission denied error when running func host start --runtime inproc8 in docker image (based on ubuntu:20.04) with installed 4.0.6610 core tools :

Failed to start the inproc8 model host. An error occurred trying to start process '/usr/lib/azure-functions-core-tools-4/in-proc8/func' with working directory '/azp/_work/1/s/MY_PROJECT/bin/Release/net8.0'. Permission denied
