Polish datamodel

Super issue to define the changes to be made in the metadata and datamodel classes:

Changes related with the schema

• Export the current masterdata to modules following examples for #17
  • All ObjectType
  • All CollectionType
  • All PropertyType
  • All VocabularyType
  • All DataSetType
• Clarify the attributes in definitions.py and entities.py (ask Angela, Carlos)
• Extract the list of ObjectType, CollectionType, PropertyType, VocabularyType, DataSetType and print them to (see Extract datamodel to json and excel #18):
  • json (format by Cagtay implementation)
  • excel (format openbis)
• Add push to openbis to update masterdata in openBIS #13

Changes related with parsing/ELN filling

• Fix property assignment (modify setattr?). The behavior should be that Instrument(alias='MyInstru') should work without losing the character of being a PropertyTypeAssignment(data_type='VARCHAR') (right now it overwrittes it)
• Implement 'CONTROLLEDVOCABULARY' / VocabularyTerm check
• Clarify data types in Python (ask Angela, Carlos)
