Freeze on respawn

Modpack Version:
1.20.1

Issue Description:
The game freezes for about 10 - 20 seconds on respawn, no idea what is causing it but it is happening to both me and my friend. He's running 19 gb of ram and I am running 12 gb of ram.

Steps to Reproduce:
Die and respawn, have tried both falling and /kill
(teleporting to any location does not cause the same issue)

Be aware that this log is several attempts of /kill and exiting/reentering the world and doing it again
