We require a reliable tool or SDK to safely create and deploy our smart contract(s). I suggest reviewing and following this tutorial, and then discussing how we can integrate it with the UZH Fork

In my opinion we should use HardHat/VSCode or Truffle because this IDEs are compatible with Vanilla Ethereum forks

Some links to review. It is a lot work and research to be done, but it is possible.
We need a NFT (ERC-721) Contract and a Governor Contract deployed on the UZH Fork
We need to integrate this contracts to an interface or in its defect to implement a simple frontend (with a dashboard and a voting interface). We should review and discard all the other options before to implement something.
