Legio Audax maniple restrictions are not implemented

Legio Audax is limited to titans of scale 7 or lower (e.g. warhounds/dire wolfs). Currently Legio Audax can be selected for any maniple, even ones that contain mandatory titans or larger scales.

Ursus claw (which is labeled Audax specific) is also always available, this actually adds the 'LegioAudax' category to the maniple similar to actually selection Audax in the Legion selector. Those weapons should probably only be available once Legio Audax is actually selected for the maniple.
