能不能把漏洞更新的时间线加在更新日志里 #11

想找文库中最近更新的漏洞，但是比较难找，只能从最近commit下手。希望能增加一个漏洞更新的时间线。
比如：
x年x月x日 DuomiCMS3.0SQL注入漏洞。
这样更方便查找，希望考虑下，谢谢~~~
