Reporting for USDC CCTP Bridges

Notes:

The address does not resolve because it is expressed as bytes32. We have had a minor loss of funds once by reversing this byte order, so it would be very nice to have a report for these transaction types that translated the destination properly and resolved it via bal_addresses.
