Host on cdnjs for UX/DX #16

It would be great if whhg is hosted on http://cdnjs.com/ (or any public CDN provider) so

End-User Experience: End-user can download whhg much faster and save bandwidth (caches can be shared across different sites).
Developer Experience: Users of whhg no longer need to host it by own.

To get hosted on cdnjs, it is required to open a pull request in the cdnjs repository.
