Qt client: when not connected to any server, the (Change Status unavailable F6) option in me menu should be available

Description

when not connected to any server, in the me menu, the change status option is unavailable: please don't disable this option when we are not connected to any server, because, 1, this option doesn't have anything to do with server connections, and 2, we can set our status first befor connecting to any server: thanks: version: 5.12 stable and 5.13 beta

@bear101 can you please do this? as we can do everything before connecting to a server in the client, such as changing nickname, disabling or enabling voice activation and others, we should be able to change our status message before connecting to a server, so when we are connected to that server, we appear with that status message: just please remove the code where it will disable this option when not connected to any server: or @CoBC you also can do the same: thank you both.
