onChange callback doesn't get triggered

Describe the bug
onChange callback doesn't get triggered on same changes of different rows.

To Reproduce

1. Use "@mailupinc/bee-plugin": "^2.3.0"
2. Have config of {..., trackChanges: true, onChange: () => {console.log('onChange')}}
3. Drop two rows into the editor
4. Change first row's "Row background color" to #000000, then do the same thing for second row

Expected behavior
onChange callback triggered two times as we change two different rows

Actual behavior
Only the first change triggers onChange callback.
