Can't limit normal item frame but can limit glow item frame

Expected behavior

This is the bug. Nothing added. Please help to review it.

Item frames unfortunately cannot be limited - it's in the ReadMe here: https://github.com/BentoBoxWorld/Limits#items-that-cannot-be-limited. These kind of entities can't be tracked properly. The new GLOW_ITEM_FRAME probably also doesn't work. Although you can add it to the config and it won't be blocked, I think you'll find it doesn't get limited properly, or there are ways to get around the limit. Let me know!
