Which node-red-contrib-iiot-opcua version are you using?

1.1.1

What happened?

The OPCUA client can connect to the OPCUA server with any username and password that does not exist, such as any username "1" and password "1"

Server

OPCUA-IIoT-Server Node

How can this be reproduced?

1.create an instance of OPCUA server
2.Use an OPCUA client to connect with username:"1" and password:"1"

What did you expect to happen?

connection reject
