feat: add a gradual retry mechanism

What feature?

Sometimes it happens, for unknown reason, that the application can't reach the github. Maybe it's on my side the problems with the router, but still.

It will be really useful adding a retry mechanism when error occurs, for example, try to fetch again after 1-2-5 minutes.
